Avocado Toast

Light and fresh avocado toast with a little kick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Slice of Bread I usually use whole grain bread
  • 1/2 an Avocado
  • Dash of Red pepper flakes
  • Spritz of Lemon Juice Fresh or from a bottle, either work.
  • A Drizzel of Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place bread in the toaster
  • Cut Avocado in half, and remove the seed. Smash the avocado in the shell until it is smooth.
  • Once the bread is toasted, use the fork to evenly spread the avocado over the slice of bread. Use the fork to create grooves in the avocado. This will create pockets for the olive oil and the lemon juice to rest.
  • Drizzle the toast lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle it with sea salt and red pepper flakes. Squirt a little bit of lemon juice on top and enjoy!
